The physical facility of Everest University Pompano Beach, is an attractive eight-story building and incorporates close to 55,000 square feet, including twenty-one classrooms, four computer laboratories, one medical laboratory, bookstore, library, staff and faculty offices, testing room, one student lounge, one staff lounge, conference rooms, lobby, and storage area.

The four-level parking garage, equipped with an elevator and parking garage, is lighted and patrolled by security personnel. When the campus is closed, an alarm system provides needed security.

Pompano Beach is a mecca for people who love the beach and outdoors. Next to boating, sunbathing, and other boating activities, golf is considered to be the number one land sport in Pompano Beach. The Pompano Beach Fish Rodeo is an event where saltwater anglers can compete and showcase their skills.

The Fern Forest Nature Park, a 254-acre Urban Wilderness Site, features great attractions for hikers and wildlife enthusiasts.
